What is the refund policy?
To ensure smooth matching and restaurant reservations, we operate a "No-show prevention deposit."
• Up to 3 days before: 100% Refundable.
• 2 days before or less: Non-refundable, as matching with other members is already confirmed.
We appreciate your thoughtful participation in building a respectful community.
When will I know the location after booking?
As soon as your booking is confirmed (or at least 1 day before the meeting), we will send the location and a guide via KakaoTalk or SNS. We’ve already taken care of the reservation just show up with an excited heart!
How are the groups matched?
We carefully balance age, language, and interests so everyone fits in naturally. Our goal isn't just to fill seats, but to create a "pleasant table" where no one feels left out. Look forward to an exciting connection that’s more valuable than just "perfect conditions!"
